Totani's pouch making machine instruction manuals are accompanied by a "mechanical section" and an "electrical section. Totani also includes a considerable volume of instruction manuals for the main commercial products used with its bag making machines. This is a substantial content not found in other companies.

Upon delivery of a pouch making machine, Totani technicians are available for installation, adjustment, and test operation. In addition, maintenance consultation is available by fax, telephone, or e-mail, whichever is most appropriate and convenient for the customer for explanation.
